Yogi Jams: 5 Songs to Add to Your Fall Playlist

Just like the weather is always changing so should your yoga playlist… Keep students (and yourself) engaged with new songs, tempos, & sequences to continue the expansion of their yoga practice. Yoga should never be monotonous so here are more of CYS’s recommendations to keep things interesting for all parties involved.

Hallelujah by Ryan Bingham – Great for savasana or a thoughtful flow sequence.

Skinny Love by Bon Iver

Jump by Kate Earl – Perfect for a feel good vinyasa flow moment.

So This Is Goodbye (Pink Ganter Remix) by William Fitzsimmons

Learning to Fly by Tom Petty- Oldie but a goodie.

Be sure to check back each week for new music additions and take a look at our previous suggestions here and here! That’s 15 new songs to spice up your practice!

Thanks so much, Lacey! I find what you’re accomplishing based on your passion so amazing! I’d love it if you’d consider contributing something to my blog on how yoga can impact the female body.
