Tired of racing through you day? Wake up. Eat breakfast. Brush teeth. Go to work. Go to yoga class or run 5 miles at the gym. Race home to cook dinner. Wash dishes. Go to bed.
Lather. Rinse. Repeat.
Take the time to truly bring awareness to how you spend your day and the attention you give each activity. Making that extra effort to slow down and literally smell the roses could change your day, week, or year.
